The contracting parties
This agreement contains the terms and conditions for the use of the studioviivi.com online service (the Service) maintained by VV Floral (Service Provider). By using the Service, purchasing products from the Service or registering for the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement and agree to be bound by those terms.

Companies
Companies can also use the Service. The right of return under the Consumer Protection Act does not apply to corporate customers.
All rights to the content of the Service belong to the Service Provider.
Collection and use of personal information
The service provider is responsible for the proper processing of the information provided by the user and for maintaining the protection of the user's privacy. The information provided by the user is stored in the service provider's customer register. The required information to complete the order is the User's first name, last name, local address, post office, country, e-mail address and telephone number.
The service provider does not disclose the personal data it collects to third parties. The information in the customer register can only be used in electronic direct marketing if the User has given his consent.
The Service Provider reserves the right to disclose information about the User to the authorities if the User has acted in violation of the law and good manners. The user has the right to check, change or delete information about himself from the customer register.
Ordering
The service can be ordered and products purchased by natural persons who are over 18 years of age and who have a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank approved by the Service Provider.
The service provider can choose to accept or reject the order. The success of the order also depends on the availability of the product. The service provider does not guarantee the availability of products advertised on the service. The Service Provider will use its best efforts to report the current availability of products on the Service.
When ordering the service, a binding sales agreement is created when the Service Provider sends the user an order confirmation in which the availability of the product is confirmed. The service provider reserves the right not to accept the order.
Products are generally ordered via the Internet at www.studioviivi.com via the shopping cart.
Orders are confirmed by e-mail, stating the price of the order, the ordered products and the possible delivery costs.
Product prices
The price of the product is the price displayed on the Service page in connection with the product information at the time of ordering.
Delivery costs are added to the price. Payment is per order, unless otherwise stated. The current delivery fee will appear on the Service before the order is placed.
In the service, prices and transport costs are notified to the User in euros (EUR).
When selling and transporting products to EU countries, the prices quoted include VAT in accordance with Finnish legislation.
Price errors
The seller of the product reserves the right to cancel the order in the event of a clear and material price error. This refers to a possible pricing error in a product in an online store in such a way that the price of the product deviates so significantly and clearly from the normal price level of the product that the average consumer would be considered to have understood the error in question.
Delivery
Service Provider delivers the sold products to the User concluded with a third party on the basis of the contract of carriage. Shipping costs will be added to the order price.
Product delivery times are determined on a product-by-product basis. Delivery time depends on the availability of the product and the destination of the shipment. The valid delivery methods appear in the Service at any given time.
The Service Provider shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure or indirect damages caused by delayed delivery. The service provider reserves the right to deliver the ordered products in different shipments. The service provider is responsible for the loss or breakage of the product during transport.
Cancellations and refunds
According to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, the consumer has the right to cancel his order by notifying the Service Provider thereof within fourteen (14) days of receiving the order. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been modified in accordance with the Consumer's wishes.
The condition of the refund is that;
- the order has been canceled in accordance with the terms of sale and return by returning it no later than 14 days after receipt of the product,
- the product is unused,
- the product is in the condition in which it was received by the purchaser and all the parts belonging to the product are stored and the product is packed in the original packaging or equivalent.
